I cannot praise this company enough. They were on time, they came prepared, they worked hard and they cleared my jungle of a garden in very efficient no-nonsense manner. They also cleaned up after themselves and took all the debris away. The staff were friendly and seemed very knowledgeable about gardens and I will definitely be using this company again when I am ready to landscape.

James and the team are professional, trustworthy and good humoured - important attributes in my view when you’ve got a multitude of tradespeople coming in and out of your home during the build process. Unlike other building companies I’ve used in the past - JW get the specialised tradespeople in at all stages of the process so that the best possible finish is achieved (eg they don’t use a generalist builder to do a tiling job etc). They were flexible when needed and always communicated well throughout the process - providing options in advance so we could decide on particular areas of design etc based on preference. The team (shout out Lester!) were really good value in terms of interpersonal style but also suggesting things along the way that perhaps we hadn’t considered at first. JW want to create an amazing design for their customer - that is evident. And I feel that’s what we got. From start to finish James was very communicative with a relaxed but documented approach - ensuring trust was built on both sides. I would wholeheartedly recommend JW to anyone looking to utilise their space to take best possible advantage of it. We absolutely love our new garden room. Thank you JW team!
We were delighted with the work that JW Garden Rooms did for us. The garden room and side storage is exactly what we wanted and looks brilliant! James and all of the team we very accommodating and answered any questions or concerns we had along the way. To complete the garden we asked them to replace a fence and lay an artificial lawn which also looks quality. I’d highly recommend them to any friends or family. Thanks again James!
